So I bought insanity workouts to try to get in shape before I have to be, you know, river rafting and mountain climbing, and they sure don’t ease you into it. I used to do Pure Cardio with my high school track teams so I was like, I’ve got this! Yeah, not in high school anymore. My hamstrings and my back are so incredibly sore that stairs have become a pretty big challenge. The struggle is real, Shaun T.
